Questions
The full list of checks is on the requirements page.
How does Draygo use DrayageVerify?
When a carrier, driver or broker joins Draygo, their details come here. Draygo only offers loads to carriers and drivers whose required checks have passed, and checks a broker before they can post freight.
What do I need to get verified?
Carriers enter USDOT, MC, EIN and registration. Drivers need license number, state, class and personal details (added by their carrier). Brokers enter broker authority, bond/trust and registration. No document uploads — an admin verifies the typed information.
What happens when a check expires?
The check moves to Expired and the record stops being cleared for new loads until the detail is re-verified.
Can a failed check be corrected?
Yes. The failure reason is shown on the profile. Update the details and resubmit for review.
