What statuses mean
Overall status uses required checks only: any failure makes the record failed, any lapse makes it expired, and anything still open keeps it pending.
Confirmed against the source listed, on the date shown.
Submitted and waiting for a reviewer.
Nothing submitted yet, or the source isn’t connected.
The check didn’t pass. The reason is always shown.
Was verified, but the filing or credential has lapsed.
Doesn’t apply — for example a rule that depends on another check.
